Basically in the old series, Perfuma was…. kinda a ditz but an effective one. After being kidnapped by the Horde she stages a bloodless coup against Hordak without realizing it, because all the killer robots like her better than Hordak.

…she starts a conga line.

Hordak ends up paying She-Ra to to take her home.

Look at him on his throne. He just sits there realizing he has lost control of his life.

Entrapta, while hacking into Horde Prime’s ship, finds photos of these earlier bodies, and perhaps even Horde Prime’s original body.

Hordak tries very hard not to laugh at some of them.

And the Unnamed One who both is and isn’t Horde-Prime. See, he’s a member of Orko’s kind ( a Q-type alien ala Star Trek) who lost half their soul. The lost half of the soul became the formless Horde Prime who puppets soulless bodies to interact with the world.

And while the Filmation version’s (possibly possessed artificial body?) was never seen clearly, he was enormous and was revealed to have another heads somewhere on his body when Hordak was trying to find him a birthday present. (Hordak discounted Grizzlor’s idea of getting his master two giant bowties)
