The reality is, it’s not always STOP ✋🏼 and GO… the rhythm and flow of my day to day routine is all over the place thanks to this pan/en/demic. I’ve taken a loooong pause. It became harder to find any motivation, energy, and discipline to doing the things that keep me healthy. Nothing felt important. One lockdown after another made me feel like I didn’t want to do anything other than let the days pass. When will this sh*t be over?! 😩 Last week I was able to get out of this slump for the first time since the last damn lockdown. Felt like myself again! Finally a much needed rest and relaxation since getting back to the grind. Normally I would book a workout via @classpasssg on my day off work but this time I decided to treat myself to a Balinese massage @parkroyalpickering 🧖🏽‍♀️ Not going to lie, my back is slightly bruised as the therapist had to break all the knots especially on my back and shoulders.
