You got this!!!!! Maybe try making a list or taking baby steps? Those are still steps that help you progress to your goal, no matter how small!!! Lists help me with my anxiety, especially when I have a lot to do. Good luck!!!!! There’s still plenty of time for you to get back on track, I believe in and support you!!!!!

Thanks for such kind words, hon! I actually make lists for like everything, so perhaps making a list for this stuff even though it seems small would help, so thanks for the advice ♥ *hugs*
