5. What are your fanfic pet peeves? Do they have a huge effect on whether or not you decide to read something?

Honestly, I haven’t been reading fanfiction for that long so I don’t have any like big pet peeves. I will say I will appreciate and gravitate towards a fic with a black s/o because ya know, I’m a black women and like to be represented ya know? But I ultimately won’t read a fic if it has certain triggers or content that I don’t find appealing in it, which isn’t necessarily a pet peeve just something I do when looking for fics. Other than that I try to give every fic that catches my attention a chance and I’ll of course read my friend’s fics!

26. What’s your biggest distraction when writing?

Hmmmm... I think my own mind is my biggest distraction. Sometimes I can be zeroed in on a plot and write down everything I want to happen but then my brain turns mean and tells me everything that I just wrote was literal hot garbage so I’ll delete it or sulk or just quit because my self confidence in my writing fucking sucks. BUT I’m working on improving it and I LOVE hearing and taking in criticism from fic authors I admire because I want to be better.
