Self care
I have a habit of being ridiculously impulsive, weirdly especially when it comes to my health. One day I'm uncaring, maybe a little fretful that I'm not on certain good habits. The next I want to get on a diet, make sure I brush my teeth everyday---and wash my face.
This time, it was an impulsive start, but I actually have more faith in myself than usual. I have an alarm for five minutes after I wake up, then 10 mins before my usual bedtime to brush my teeth; mom's been making low-carb healthy meals; and I picked a random book I haven't read off my shelf, cause reading helps to clear my mind and take my focus off things---also it might put me back in my earlier writers mood/mode.
