ROVECTIN - Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner {Review Time} My Review: I apply it first using a cotton pad and then layer it with 3 more drops for extra hydration. I like that it still removes traces of dirt even when I double cleanse.It has a subtle scent that is not irritating at all. Very lightweight and has a watery texture that absorbs quickly and is easy to layer without leaving a sticky residue. Surprising that after a couple of days of using this my previously stressed,dry,dull and irritated skin became more plump,hydrated,glowy and pimples slowly healed. It really calm and soothes my skin. Very gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I was so amazed that I never had a breakout then.
