(Pronounced puhr-spih-kas-ih-tee) noun Definition from the adjective perspicacious. Perspicacious (pronounced puhr-spih-kay-shus) = having keen mental vision or discernment; penetrating; clear-sighted; having ability to see into and understand what is confusing or not readily apparent.
