It's late enough that Cleo could close up shop, but something tells her to stay. Asra is already upstairs, making a late dinner for them; he'll probably call her up soon. Absently, Cleo toys with her fingers and wonders what she's waiting for... rearranges the crystals in the front cabinet... then the herbs under the front counter...
She should probably head upstairs soon. No... just another minute or two. Just until it feels like she doesn't need to be down here anymore.
There aren't many regular visitors at the shop, but Cleo remembers each one that comes around. There's a small palace magician; one with bright hair and a knack for breaking pendulums; another with a penchant for sky magic, one who'd only just recently begun making the shop a regular stop in her weekly travels. She is apparently new to Vesuvia as a whole, as well; Cleo wonders what brought her here.
At the beckoning chime of the bells outside, Cleo comes around the counter and peeks through the peephole. Oh, the sky mage. What a coincidence; that must've been what was keeping her waiting. Cleo smiles and pulls the door open. "Come in, come in!" she welcomes, holding the door open for her. "Always happy to see a friendly face, but it's a bit late for shopping, isn't it?"
