ABSOLUTELY. My headcanon is that the MCI happened during her birthday party and she witnessed the murders (since she was about the same age as the kids in the 80s). Especially because the scene where Mike says to her “He really messed you up didn’t he?” and there’s faint screaming of children?? Girl WITNESSED smth awful.
It’s so tragic because she tries to make the animatronics feel as loved as possible despite the crimes of her father. The animatronics describing her as nice 🥺🥺🥺 She’s absolutely trying to atone for her father’s sins. Someone described Vanessa as haunting the pizzeria the way she comes back to it every night.
