Hm. Might be the shape of a thing sneaking over the bottom? It does seem to mean uncomfortable suit, but then I am not the person who will ever be wearing it.
Maybe that cheeky hash tag "war correspondent" brought on the "mature content"? Funny, a swimsuit on the first page struck me as cheeky, but it remained unedited in reprints. Tiny speedos are on muscle bound boys -- I wonder if that would have tripped up the label doubly.
