He stopped dead on his tracks und turned around, running back, looking for her. Maybe she fell somewhere on the way? “Neen?!”, he screamed desperately. He searched the whole way up to the giant root she’d sat on just a few minutes ago, before she tried to stop him. The redhead was nowhere to be seen. When he looked left, he saw her bag on the earth, like she dropped it or something. Has she fled? But why? From what? „Neen, this is not funny! Come on out, okay?“ He had now realised that they were late to return tot he meeting point. Only half an hour left, they had needed longer than an hour to get here. Wait. Was this some metallic rattle from somewhere inside that menacing rock in front of him?

He listened closer. No, there was nothing. Loki took a deep breath. “Neen!”, he cried one last time, now really worried. Not even a bird was heard. The forest around him was still. Dead silent.
