हमने पिछली पोस्ट Past life regression में Hypnotherapy के बारे में पढ़ा था. सम्मोहन की अलग अलग अवस्थाए यानि Stages of the hypnotic state में हमारी Consciousness किस तरह unconscious level पर जाती है. अलग अलग Stages of Hypnosis में हम कैसा अनुभव करते है और इन Different stage में हम किस तरह की condition से गुजरते है इस तरह के सवाल मन में आना स्वाभाविक है. इसके जरिये हम कई तरह benefit ले सकते है खासकर personal development and mental disorder solution क्यों की hypnosis की condition में हम इस स्थिति को बेहतर समझते हुए solution ले सकते है.

जिन लोगो में mental disorder, stress, insomnia या किसी तरह की problem है उन्हें Hypnotherapy के जरिये दूर किया जाता है. ज्यादातर लोगो को सम्मोहन एक मैजिक की तरह लगता है क्यों की अक्सर हम देखते है किस तरह जादूगर लोगो को Hypnotize करके बिना कुर्सी के ही हवा में बैठा देते है. वास्तव में सम्मोहन मन को आजाद करने का एक जरिया है ना की कोई जादू. माध्यम का मन जितना आजाद होगा वो उतनी ही deep unconscious state में जा पायेगा और उन सवालों के जवाब हासिल करेगा जो उसे चाहिए. जब हम अपने शरीर को relax करते है और आन्तरिक चेतना की और सफ़र करना शुरू कर देते है तब हम अपने subconscious mind के hidden memory cells को access करते है. यही वजह है की हम उन सवालों के जवाब देते है जिन्हें असल जिंदगी में याद नहीं है. सम्मोहन से जुडी सभी आवश्यक जानकारी के लिए आपको इसकी 4 स्टेज और उनके बिच का सफ़र को जानना होगा.

Stages of the hypnotic state

Clinical hypnosis के अनुसार Definition of Hypnosis को समझने की कोशिश करते है. सम्मोहन हमारे मन को आन्तरिक को चेतना के जरिये समझने का एक जरिया है. The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis के अनुसार hypnosis को हमारे subconscious mind या फिर Consciousness state को inner absorption, concentration and focused attention के बढ़ते हुए level के अनुसार समझा जा सकता है. आसान शब्दों में कहे तो हमारी Consciousness एक Magnifying lens की तरह होती है. हम जितना magnifying lens को focus करेंगे उतना ही अच्छे से सूर्य की किरण अपना काम करेगी. सम्मोहन हमें Unconscious level पर जुड़ने में मदद करता है और हम जितना गहराई में जाते है उतना ही ज्यादा strong बनते जाते है. The four levels or stages of the hypnotic state The Hypnoidal or waking state माध्यम अपने आसपास के माहौल के प्रति सजग रहता है The lethargic state or light trance ये हलके नशे की तरह होती है लेकिन consciousness बनी रहती है The cataleptic trance or medium state माध्यम गहरी नींद में चला जाता है लेकिन उसकी Unconscious thinking इस समय powerful हो जाती है जिसकी वजह से वो brain के छिपे हुए हिस्से को access करना शुरू कर देती है. The deep or somnambulistic state ये सबसे गहरी अवस्था होती है जिसमे माध्यम का Unconscious mind पूरी तरह फ्री हो जाता है. सम्मोहन की हर अवस्था में माध्यम की आन्तरिक चेतना यानि Subconscious or unconscious level of thinking बढ़ता जाता है. जितना गहरा सम्मोहन उतना ही गहरा माध्यम की चेतना का विकास होता है. Stages of the hypnotic state how deep they are? अलग अलग Stages of the hypnotic state में हम Overcoming bad habits या फिर self improvement पर काम करते है. ऐसा माना जाता है की जितनी गहरी अवस्था होगी उतना ही better result देखने को मिलता है. आपको पता होना चाहिए की hypnosis process पूरी तरह से subjective है और जिस माध्यम को सम्मोहित किया जा चूका है उन पर ही काम करती है. माध्यम कितने depth of the trance state को achieve कर सकता है ये उस पर निर्भर है. Imagination and will power के जरिये हम brain के उन हिस्सों को access कर पाते है जिनमे हमारा Unconscious memory होती है. हर किसी के लिए सम्मोहन का अनुभव अलग अलग होता है. कोई व्यक्ति इसमें बेहद गहरी अवस्था में जाता है तो किसी के लिए इसका अनुभव सिर्फ पहली अवस्था तक ही हो पाता है. ये सब अनुभव करने वाले के believe पर निर्भर करता है. Waking hypnotic state of hypnosis सबसे पहली hypnotic state के रूप में हम waking or as Hypnoidal state को जानते है. चेतना की गहराई में उतरने के लिए hypnosis induction की ये प्रारम्भिक अवस्था होती है. माध्यम के लिए ये वो अवस्था होती है जिसमे वो relax feel करता है और अपना control loose करना शुरू कर देता है. daily life में अगर इस अवस्था को compare करे तो हर रोज सोने से ठीक पहले और उठने के ठीक बाद हमारी जो स्थिति होती है वही इसमें होती है. हालाँकि इस समय हम होश में रहते है और हमारा अपनी Consciousness पर पूरा control होता है लेकिन हम खुद को बहुत ज्यादा relax feel करते है और हमारा आसपास के माहौल से नियंत्रण टूटने लगता है. हम आन्तरिक चेतना की ओर focus होना शुरू कर देते है. Stages of the hypnotic state की इस अवस्था में माध्यम को कुछ Suggestion दिए जाते है जो सफलता से उस पर apply भी हो जाते है. पढ़े : भावनाये आपके अवचेतन मन को कैसे प्रभावित करती है The lethargic or light state सम्मोहन की ये दूसरी अवस्था है. माध्यम को दिए जाने वाले कुछ suggestion उसे गहराई में उतरने के लिए focus होने में मदद करते है. ये अवस्था light trance state कहलाती है. माध्यम इस अवस्था में खुद को Lazy and sluggish feel करना शुरू कर देता है. किसी भी तरह की activity को करने में वो खुद को असक्षम पाता है. माध्यम का खुद पर Conscious control खोना शुरू हो जाता है. इस अवस्था में हम माध्यम की आँखों में flickering Movement को महसूस करते है. ये एक संकेत है की माध्यम अब lethargic state में enter करने लगा है. माध्यम को deeper level of hypnotic trance में ले जाने के लिए अब भी और suggestion देने की जरुरत होती है जो की धीरे धीरे बढती जाती है. पढ़े : सम्मोहन सिखने के इन खास सीक्रेट प्रैक्टिस को किया जाए तो सफलता जरुर मिलेगी Cataleptic trance of Stages of the hypnotic state ये माध्यम सम्मोहन की अवस्था है. इस Stages of the hypnotic state पर माध्यम अपना control loose करना शुरू कर देता है और आसपास के वातावरण से disconnect हो जाता है. सम्मोहन की ये अवस्था माध्यम के लिए गहरी होती है जिसकी वजह से माध्यम को ये पता नहीं चल पाता है की उसके आसपास क्या हो रहा है. सम्मोहन की इस अवस्था में माध्यम hypnotist’s voice and suggestions के अनुसार respond करना शुरू कर देता है. सम्मोहन की इसी अवस्था में hypnotized person और hypnotist दोनों का बराबर control होता है. इस दौरान strong influence के माध्यम से hypnotized person को अपने सुझाव के अनुसार काम करने के लिए रेडी करते है. इस दौरान माध्यम पर जो भी सुझाव दिए जाते है वो उन्हें मानने के लिए बाध्य होने लगता है. एक उदाहरण के लिए आपने देखा होगा की इस दौरान सम्मोहनकर्ता माध्यम को सुझाव देता है की वो कुर्सी पर बैठा है और उसके पीछे से कुर्सी हटा भी दी जाती है. माध्यम कुर्सी हटाने के बाद भी गिरता नहीं है क्यों की उसकी body इस सुझाव को पूरी तरह मान लेती है की वाकई वो कुर्सी पर ही बैठा है. इस अवस्था में अगर आप माध्यम को पानी भी देते है ये बोलकर की ये शरबत है तो माध्यम को ये पानी शरबत की तरह feel होता है. हम माध्यम को कुछ भी बताते है वो उसके अनुसार ही react करता है. पढ़े : सम्मोहन की अलग अलग अवस्थाए किस तरह प्राप्त की जाती है और इनका क्या प्रयोग होता है ? Deep or somnambulistic state सम्मोहन की ये अंतिम अवस्था होती है. Clinical hypnosis के लिए माध्यम का इस Stages of the hypnotic state में enter करना अच्छा नहीं माना जाता है. माध्यम जब तीसरी अवस्था में होता है तब वो खुद को इतना ज्यादा relax feel करना शुरू कर देता है की अब वो Hypnotist के किसी भी Suggestion or attention पर ध्यान देना नहीं चाहता है. ऐसा तब होता है जब सम्मोहनकर्ता माध्यम को Deep unconscious level पर ले जाता है. माध्यम को सिर्फ तीसरी अवस्था तक ही ले जाना चाहिए क्यों की जितना गहरा माध्यम का Unconscious level की और झुकाव होगा उतना ही वो फ्री होता जाता है. अगर आप सोचते है की सिर्फ ये 4 स्तर ही सम्मोहन में काम करते है तो ऐसा बिलकुल नहीं है. सम्मोहन में ये process एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति तक एक स्तर तक चलती है. जैसे ही वो limit क्रॉस होती है माध्यम ही expert के सुझाव से फ्री हो जाता है. सम्मोहन की एक और अवस्था होती है जिसमे expert को लगता है की वो medium को अपने control में ले रहा है लेकिन वास्तव में medium उसे ही अपने control में ले लेता है. पढ़े :  विज्ञान से परे रहस्यो को समझने के लिए की जाने वाली study सम्मोहन का उपचार काम कैसे करता है सम्मोहन की शुरुआत में Therapist and medium के बिच conversational शुरू होता है. ऐसा इसलिए क्यों की किसी के बारे में जानने के लिए आपको उसे फ्रेंडली माहौल देना होता है. सामने वाला आपका विरोध तब तक करता है जब तक वो खुद को सेफ फील नहीं करता है. इसके बाद hypnotic trance state की शुरुआत होती है जिसमे माध्यम को कुछ सवाल के माध्यम से relax feel करवाया जाता है और वो सम्मोहनकर्ता का विरोध करना बंद कर देता है. बातचीत का ये सिलसिला तब तक चलता है जब तक माध्यम deeper trance में न चला जाए. जब ऐसा होता है तब सम्मोहनकर्ता ego-strengthening therapy को apply करता है. माध्यम को बाहरी चीजो से disconnect कर आन्तरिक चेतना की और ले जाया जाता है. ये वो समय होता है जब माध्यम अपने Consciousness को खोना शुरू कर देता है. माध्यम को Unconscious level में ले जाना सिर्फ उसके brain के उन हिस्सों को access करने का एक जरिया भर होता है. सम्मोहन में सुझाव जरुरत के अनुसार दिए जाते है और माध्यम को धीरे धीरे deeper level of trance में ले जाया जाता है. सबसे अंत में जब लगता है की माध्यम अब सुझाव के अनुसार व्यवहार करना शुरू कर चूका है तब सम्मोहनकर्ता माध्यम पर therapy को apply करते है. इस पूरी process में 45 से 90 minute तक लगते है. सबसे अंत में माध्यम को पूरी process को reverse करते हुए Consciousness में लाया जाता है. Applications of hypnosis Induce hypnosis के लिए जो technique प्रयोग की जाती है उसकी कुछ खास features है. सम्मोहन के लिए आपको इन्हें समझना बेहद जरुरी है. जिस व्यक्ति को सम्मोहित करना चाहते है वो इसके लिए willing and cooperative होना चाहिए. अगर ऐसा नहीं है तो आपको ज्यादा से ज्यादा टाइम माध्यम को इसके लिए तैयार करने में लगेगा. माध्यम को सबसे ज्यादा टाइम relax करने में लगता है साथ ही उनकी चेतना की किसी एक fix object के साथ जोड़ना होता है. सिर्फ object पर माध्यम को focus करना काफी नहीं है. इसके लिए गहरी शांत और साफ़ आवाज के साथ सुझाव देना भी जरुरी है. जब ऐसा होता है तब माध्यम अपनी आँखों को भारी होता हुआ महसूस करता है क्यों की जितना ज्यादा वो खुद को relax feel करता है उसका खुद पर से control खोना शुरू हो जाता है. अंत में वो सिर्फ Hypnotist की voice पर focus हो जाता है. शुरुआत एक simple सी झपकी से होती है और बढ़ते बढ़ते ये माध्यम को अपनी चेतना से Unconsciousness की ओर ले जाती है. Hypnosis is a phenomenon of degrees यहाँ पर सबके अनुभव अलग अलग होते है क्यों की सबका मकसद अलग होता है और उसके अनुसार different level of trance state को access किया जाता है. सम्मोहन का मुख्य आधार सुझाव है. सम्मोहनकर्ता माध्यम को सुझाव के जरिये गहराई में ले जाता है और अपनी therapy को apply करते है. माध्यम को सम्मोहन की अवस्था में जो भी सुझाव दिया जाता है वो उसके अनुसार काम करता है. आप सम्मोहन के जरिये माध्यम को मनचाही स्थिति महसूस करवा सकता है. सम्मोहन से जुडी ये कुछ common features थी. आइये जानते है सम्मोहन के क्या क्या फायदे है. Benefit of hypnotherapy किसी भी व्यक्ति के लिए hypnotic state में जाना इसलिए फायदेमंद है क्यों की इस दौरान discussion and suggestion के लिए response करना आसान होता है.सम्मोहन के कई सारे फायदे है Phobias, fears, and anxiety Sleep disorders Depression Stress Post-trauma anxiety Grief and loss Stages of the hypnotic state को हम किसी भी तरह के Traumatic pain से बाहर निकलने या फिर किसी Bad habits को छोड़ने के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकते है. Drawbacks of hypnotherapy? सम्मोहन उन लोगो के लिए नहीं है जिन्हें psychotic symptoms जैसे की hallucinations and delusions या फिर जो व्यक्ति नशा करते है. सम्मोहन का प्रयोग सिर्फ किसी तरह की medical or surgical treatment में pain control या फिर past life से जुड़े किसी तरह के traumatic pain से बाहर आने के लिए किया जाना चाहिए. कुछ therapists इस hypnotherapy का इस्तेमाल repressed memories से पेशेंट्स को recover करने के लिए करते है. उनका मानना है की किसी तरह के mental disorder से बाहर आने के लिए जरुरी है की हम व्यक्ति की पिछली यादो को समझे और जो यादे जरुरी नहीं है उन्हें दूर कर दिया जाए. अगर आप Hypnotherapy ले रहे है तो ये तय कर ले की ये किसी trained hypnotherapist के अंडर में हो. Is hypnotherapy dangerous? सम्मोहन एक safe procedure है. अगर ये trained therapist के under में होती है तो इसका कोई side effect नहीं होता है. Hypnotherapy किसी तरह का mind control or brainwashing नहीं है ये personal development के लिए काम किया जाने वाला काम है. एक therapist आपको उन कामो के लिए मजबूर नहीं कर सकता है जो आपको embarrassing करता हो या फिर जो काम आप करना नहीं चाहते है.
