By the time, I realised that even when I did try to please everyone, not everyone was pleased. And at that time, I never took care of my own self. So you might as well embrace who you truly are ( because when I started thinking about myself, started prioritising myself first, the people I was pleasing easily got offended. When I realised my self worth, they were the only people who started judging me and than started making distance. ) It was so hard for me also to let go of the people I was pleasing for so long but It was worth.

It is important to let go of the fear of judgement and reclaim your self-worth, know that you are worthy and enough just the way you already are. All of your traits are yours for a reason, and there is nothing wrong about you, the way you were created is divine. Life is too precious to not embody your authenticity.🤎

Stop Letting the Ego Sway You Off Path - Do This Instead 💃

I wanted to talk about today Resistance, better known as Negative emotion, even more reknown as Ego.

It's the sticky word we don't really want to talk about but everyone experiences to some degree- unless you're just being fake lol -

Resistance by pure definition is basically the Refusal or Denial of Allowing In what you actually desire.

It is Literally a Deflection of Allowing In. Which falls into: Giving Pain a Purpose, Making things harder than necessary, Overly complicating things, Overly exerting complaints and excuses, procrastinating, Constantly coming up with reasons to deny yourself what you actually want,

And oh my the list of sabotage it just keeps going -- I've had many dates with sabotage, I studied it, I put it under a microscope and dissected it -

It is all just a Perceptional CHOICE

BUT heres the thing,

Our Ego is not random bullshit. Our resistance is there for a purpose showing you how to step into more possibility.

If you only see the negative emotion as Anger or sadness or whatever you're feeling - i invite you to go DEEPER -

After exploring my own mind-body healing with the chakras, I discovered our emotions are simply indicators of how to get our booties back into alignment.

Explore this with me:

What if behind your anger - is a desire to set up boundaries because you're doing something you don't want to do and its sucking the life out of you.

What if behind your anxiety - is a lesson to MOVE your body more, get out of your head, Heal & move forward by literal MOVEMENT of energy.

What if behind your jealousy - Is a deep need & longing to have that too and the universe is going HEY GIRL HEY, this is for you too, stop seeing this as envy, and start feeling into it as possibility.

 What if behind your complaining - Is a limited belief showing you where you're capping yourself and possibly creating unnecessary illusions of separation...

What if behind your Reactive Trigger - Is you simply shouting out your wounds that are longing to be healed and you are projecting that onto your relationships

And with that last one, If that is the case -

It's Time to Look in the MIRROR and release the deflections that are creating and perpeuating the sabotage,

Our Resistance is merely a messenger saying "reroute that gps" and get back on path, you're going into the cornfields again! ----

(cross country roadtrips with higher self be like...)

Behind YOUR FEAR is Desire.

and Behind your Resistance is a ever-evolving blooming field of Possibility as you tap into Full Unapologetic Receiving

When we Clear up the Resistance pathways, we naturally fall back into the Path and

All the Stories that are influencing deflection,

begin to fade as you step deeper and deeper into the truth of who you are

and Begin choosing, overriding and quantum expressing with your magnetic Beingness - Who you are

and Fall deeper and deeper into

Yourself

Awakening Your Heart

Into The Resonance of Who you are.

Pay attention to your body and mind. Balance is essential to optimum health.

Respect all energies because all energies belongs to divine. Everything is creation of universe. Everything is energy, so we should show our respect and bow down to those energies because we don't know which energies we are encountering. Because we are a part of these divine energies. This is called oneness, and when you are able to connect on that level with everything in existence. You can also attain and become one with all its parts. Whatever energy you take and you give it your attention it feeds, grows and become stronger.

Sometimes we don't need a message or an answer right away, sometimes we only need to be comfortable just being. Trusting. Fully trusting and being. We are always guided in love and messages come on time. Trust this. Trust what you receive will always carrying you for your highest good.🌸🤍

Relationships are Sacred. Our World is built on Relationships, You and I have a relationship just by you reading this, Hi!

Relationships are more than just surface level concepts, they are an interconnection to understanding ourselves deeper.

Through Relationships - we literally can transmit information, perspective shifts, connect emotionally,mentally, physically and through that transmitting - my consciousness is mirroring and transmitting to your consciousness

Relationships are sacred.

They teach us so much about ourselves who we are and how to grow.

I love how my man and I, he often will know things without me even needing to say a word, he just gets it.

There is a non-verbal conversation going on, There is an energetic connection happening

A unseen magnetism happening,

It’s interesting how when you meet people and feel you knew them your entire life, as if they were always meant to be there, like my love actually only lived 15 minutes away from my house - the entire time.

Relationships are how our world truly functions and thrives, not just romantically

We are built on the connection between consciousness, between verbal and non verbal communication - and through that energetic conversation happening

Our Boundaries and Standards are created, molded and shaped and inevitably changed.

Each Relationship serves us in some way, even the people who trigger us - they are merely pointing a light to something we needed to heal and see within ourselves.

Each relationship is meant to Connect us back to ourselves - as frequencies are meant to play in tune with one another but often we find ourselves in discord from time to time - those are the moments to pay attention and witness the energetic connections happening.

Because they reveal everything about who we are.

Ive had many dates with self sabotage, I GET IT. No amount of process, crystal, strategy or system will change the results When your mind is literally slamming the breaks It can make you feel crazy Like you're doing all the right things But its still not working successfully It can make you feel like there's something wrong with you and not them It can make you freeze in your tracks when it comes to taking the action you're taking It can make the voice of fear loud in your mind to the point where its hard to make the right decision or choice so you don't make any To the point where its hard to hear yourself The voice of soul is drowned out by fear

What comes up for you when you think of the words energy work? I'm curious to know 🤔 🙃

See for most people I imagine they start saying, well reiki hands on healing, crystal therapy, sound healing, soul transference, moving prana by doing weird positions with the body kinda like an exorcism lol, exotic dance, etc.

I used to think that too and then I began to realize something critical.

✨ Psst we are all energetic beings and our emotions are nothing but energy in motion.

Energy Work Is simply Emotionally Healing & Emotional Empowerment. 🙏

So we think energy work is this aloof magical term but in reality how I see energy work and practice it personally within my life and my clients is this:

Meeting the emotional needs that need healed within the body due to trapped/suppressed emotion.

We experience resistance due to this very simple thing. That trapped emotion loops in our nervous system and everytime we feel reactively triggered by it, we enter what I like to call recycle mode. ♻

So the energy work I do is about connecting the limited beliefs, to the emotional healing to the mind and the body as one interconnected system. Our healing is actually rooted in how the mind works. ALWAYS.

We connect the Mind to the body and learn to meet the emotional need. Once the need is met, we liberate that emotion and thus begin healing.

This means healing is not just clearing energy it is actually about actively learning how to emotionally empower yourself from the need that needs met keeping you stuck in the story. (my secret sauce guys 😘 )

This is a practice that is practically my religion lol. Its powerful and works.

Because we're not just working with the mind, we're working to heal on all levels. This is what creates magnetism inside the body, it begins when we connect our beliefs to our emotions and the habits we have created.
