Clinking Glasses // Jian & Morgan

Partway through the party, Morgan and Jadon split up for a bit to go mingle and chat with other people. There seemed to be a lot of familiar faces around which was unsurprising. After a few of these, Morgan would see the same people at these things. Despite that, she didn’t really know a lot of them. Idling on the side by a high table, Morgan looked out into the crowd as she sipped her second drink. A good buzz was settling in and the music had her swaying a bit.

Finally deciding that she wanted something to snack on, Morgan pushed off from the table. As she turned around, she nearly collided face-first into someone’s shoulders. “Oh! Sorry, sorry,” she said, her arms immediately out in front of her. “My glass is empty--promise I didn’t get anything on you.”
