Since its International Women's Day here's 11 women who I think are important and wonderful. • Ariel Bloomer - (Swedish) a member of the band Icon For Hire, author of Turn Your Pain Into Art and runs a YouTube channel called TheRELShow. She is just so kind and loving I really can't praise her enough. • Kat Von D - South American tattoo artist, creator of a makeup line and vegan activist. Kat believes so passionately in what she does that it's contagious. • Juno Dawson - English author. I met her once and I really liked her immediately. I love the fact that she's being called the Queen of Teen but she's just kind of going along being a wonderful human being and sharing her dog with the world. • Evanna Lynch - Irish actress, vegan and positive body image advocate. I always liked Evanna as Luna but it's only recently that I have become aware of her again and I like her even more now. • Lindsay - American artist. I first got to know of her because she's Renee Phoenix's fiancée but she is a wonderful human. Lindsay sometimes talks about her struggles with mental health, she's amusing and a fantastic artist. She inspires me to be myself. • Clare - Irish comedian, has a YouTube channel called Clisare. She's just all round a funny, realistic, caring individual. • Emma Watson - English actress. We all know her as Hermione but honestly Emma has just blown me away since. She's a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and does a lot of stuff for equality. • Carrie Fisher - American actress and writer. Unfortunately the only woman on this list no longer living, Carrie Fisher was a hero. She advocated for women's, animal and LGBT+ rights as well as speaking publicly about her drug addiction and bipolar disorder. I admit to not knowing that much about Carrie Fisher but I always respected her for being so honest. • Emma Blackery - English musician and has a YouTube channel where she posts music, vlogs and comedy sketches. She's also written a book called Feel Good 101. I really like Emma and she's a great all round person. She makes me laugh, talks about mental health and creates good music. She also strikes me as a really down to earth person and I appreciate that. • Maggie Smith - English actress. What can I say about Maggie Smith? Let's start with the fact that she was fighting breast cancer during the filming of some of the Harry Potter films but refused to stop. She's an amazing actress and person. I really admire her. • Judi Dench - English actress. Apart from being a fabulous actress Judi Dench also does a lot for charities and especially charities that help disabled people. She's also talked about prejudices towards older people. I really liked Judi Dench from one of the first times I saw her. She just struck me as a wonderful person.
For any Irish who don’t know what repealing the 8th amendment will do or for any non Irish who want to know what the hell repeal the 8th means
Watch the whole thing. Easily the best thing Clisare has ever made.
