trauma is one of the stupidest most cruelest concepts of life to experience. somebody else did something and it completely fucked me up forever and now it’s my responsibility to fix myself and feel guilty for having symptoms of the thing they fucking caused me to have because it’s an “inconvenience” for everybody else now and I should’ve “just gotten over it.”
