Gods!AU ft. Clocale
AU where Clopeh and Cale are Gods. For one to become a God, they must achieve incredible feats worthy of the title. One requirement is that they have to be dead after acheiving such accomplishments. Most Gods enter Godhood with a healed body with no impairments. But what the Gods looked liked during their deaths will be their true form. So ultimately, the Gods have two divine forms; pre-death body and post-death body.
Cale = God of Misfortune
Master Strategist
Patron God of Soldiers
Cale was a relatively successful farmer/merchant that only wanted to live in peace, away from conflict. But despite that, he somehow got dragged into fighting in a war regardless of his weak constitution. He is mainly called the God of Misfortune because none of his wishes ever came true including NOT being a God. Though his main title is such, he is the patron God for soldiers as he was known as a master strategist during his time as a human. The duchy finding such a talent let Cale rise through the ranks despite his protests.
He died during battle, surrounded by his colleagues and soldiers, after being hit in the head. That would also explain why his main outfit is his military uniform.
Clopeh = God of Longevity
The God Hidden Behind Winter Drapery.
Patron God of Survivors
Clopeh was a legendary knight known for his miraculous ability to survive thus he was dubbed as Longevity; patron God of survivors. Despite his luck, he died alone surrounded by snow and ice from excessive blood loss due to having his arms cut off during battle. When he entered Godhood, he covered himself in thick drapery because he felt the winter cold stayed with him even in the realm of Gods. His hands are always cold, if not ice-cold, Cale can attest that. He also wore a veil enchanted with magic that hides his face in a pitch black shadow. The other Gods would only see the pale lower half of the face.
