It’s been over a year
So December 20 was the 1 year anniversary of the Timeless finale. I was looking on Timehop on the anniversary and my entire Timehop timeline was just me live tweeting the finale and I was laughing hysterically at some of my own tweets😂😂😂
Here are some of my favorites:
This one that has absolutely zero context and I can’t even tell you what I was talking about:
And my #2 favorite:
And my #1 favorite that I could not stop laughing at😂:
Hey Brooklyn Nine Niners...lets make a deal
What if all the BB99ers got together and watched Timeless live on Sunday and helped us get renewed and in turn all Clockblockers will help you get BB99 picked up by Hulu or some other network?
ATTENTION ALL CLOCKBLOCKERS!
I’m sure we’re all celebrating and content about the fact that our show, Timeless, has been renewed after cancellation. However, if we want to keep this show on television as long as possible, we need to increase the ratings. Last week for the season 2 premiere, not including DVR or DVR viewings, our ratings weren’t that great. I understand with the help of DVR and DVR viewings we can get the numbers up, but it isn’t enough compared to the ratings of season 1. This could be a result of Timeless fans (like myself) being too busy or unable to watch the show premiere live. But In spite of that, what we can do is at least generate views through DVR and DVR viewings. Last season for the premiere, our highest view count (without DVR and DVR viewings) was 7.6 million. However, for the season 2 premiere, we’ve only generated 2.97 million. It will most likely increase through DVR and DVR viewings, yet I still want all of us Timeless fans to work together to keep this show alive. I only say this because my fear of losing the show just after season 2 has been persistent ever since it was renewed. We only have 10 episodes of season 2, meaning we only have 10 episodes to prove to NBC that this show SHOULD stay on air. Find ways to increase views by recording the show on your DVR, watching it as many times as you can, watching it live, having the show play in the background while you do something else or even getting others to watch the show as well. Do anything you can, because as much as you may think what you’re doing doesn’t matter, it does. Our fandom may be small, but it’s as strong as any other and we can accomplish whatever the hell we want to accomplish. #ClockBlockers for life! Let’s keep the #TimeTeam alive.
My goodness, what did we do to deserve these dorks?
I'm so happy y'all.
Not just because we don't have to say goodbye to these amazing characters and their rich stories.
Not just because we don't have to say goodbye to such an enthusiastic, talented, and giving writing and acting team.
But because this fandom, though small, has such a big, beautiful heart.
We don't do ship wars, we don't do drama, we just love our show.
So much so that they rather remarkably reversed their rather ridiculous decision to cancel it.
I cannot wait to experience season 2 with all of you. Let's continue to love the shit out of this show so they give us a full season 2 and beyond.
Lucy: Will you look at the size of this? It's gotta be half a mile high, at least. It-It must have taken hundred- No, thousands of years to carve this thing.
[Flynn blows it up, and it falls down over a chasm]
Flynn: Hey, look, I made a bridge. It only took me like, what? Ten seconds? Eleven, tops.
Okay I felt the need to throw this beautiful gem back out into the loop because if there is one thing all clockblockers agree on it is that Lucy Preston is an absolute gift to the world of feminism, history, nerds, and humanity in general. Thank you, Abigail Spencer, for giving us a new kind of role model.
