season 1 of supernatural was the best season

I enjoyed it at the time, but when I went back to rewatch it I realized how much better SPN is now, in my opinion. I don't like the stand alone stuff, and I love the storylines that SPN has now. I just find S1 & S2 so boring now, and I actually refused to watch them with my parents when they started watching SPN.
