I know I'm entering conspiracy theorist uncle territory here but, I think the Republic falling under Sheev's influence was the "Revenge of the Sith". While Order 66 was Jango's revenge on the Jedi?

Idea for a clone wars AU. The Jedi order marries off the most attractive and/or charismatic members of the order to senators and the influential to ensure the orders survival. Anakin still marries Padme not knowing this. His marriage is supported by the order, though he is conflicted about his love being used for political reasons.

Also satine and obi wan get to be together because damn it the man deserves to be happy. Also Ashoka and Lux because I say so.

As for Palpatine, he is no longer a threat because the order sent a busty  Rodian to seduce/marry him, so he isn't as evil. Emphasis on as.

An early death for Palpatines master may be necassary, but fuck it, the Muun had it coming. It's supposed to be a 1v1 for the death of your sith master, not a mining accident, you long headed fart!
