SOUKOKU in “La La Land”
“We’re on opposing sides, Dazai. Love will never be our thing.”
Okay, so I read The Cruel Prince and first of all
I love Cardan, I know we all love him
But
What the actual fuck?
This is like, the first book that’s kinda real about the slowly thing that is developing feelings for each other.
And I liked it
At first.
Now I’m almost finishing the wicked king and I’M SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE “NO HE HATES ME, YES WE HAD SEX BUT HE HATES ME, AND YES, HE SAVED MY LIFE BUT FOR REAL HE HATES mE”
Jude, shut the fuck upppppppp and fucking kiss him agaaaaainnnnn.
Frères ennemis (2018), dir. David Oelhoffen
I feel like there’s probably some psychological reason as to why enemies to lovers is my fave trope. Is it because they see all your flaws immediately and fall in love with you anyway? Is it because I want someone to go from calling me darling sarcastically to affectionately? Is it because I want someone whose a dick to only be gentle with me? Maybe it’s all the above? Who knows but that’s my shit 🥵🤤
Pov: you are my enemy and/or lover
*we go in for a really sentimental hug or kiss but then I stab you with a spoon*
