OUR BIGGEST HOPE….
summer hiatus
Somehow, I have literally no idea how, there are ***2300*** of y’all. Wow!
And, if I don’t take a social media hiatus for the rest of the summer, I am going to lose what’s left of my goddamn mind. Thank you for your continued inexplicable kind patronage and the shop will reopen in mid-August when I start procrastinating in earnest on course syllabi (you don’t care, you’re all wallowing happily in Good Omens content anyway). Be good! See you soon! I love you!
"but my heart- i don't know if it can love away just yet," I warn him. "let your heart takes its time," he replies, his voice surer than any i've heard before. "as it so happens, mine needs a rest, too. we're both here, anyway - we can take them both & lock them away in a box so they can figure things out together

Historic covered bridge damaged by truck, closed for repairs
HOPKINTON, N.H. (AP) – A historic covered bridge is closed in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, after a truck damaged the rafters. Bob McCabe, assistant superintendent of the highway department, says he did not see the truck that damaged the Rowell Bridge, but believes it was a box trailer. The Concord Monitor reports Rowell Bridge has a weight limit of 6 tons and a height limit of 9 feet, 9 inches. Most box trailer vehicles are about 13 feet tall. Signs and barricades block access to the bridge from both sides of the Contoocook River. The bridge was built in 1853 by Horace Childs of Henniker with the help of his brothers. Its original cost was $300.25. Historic covered bridge damaged by truck, closed for repairs
