Arthur frowned. “Then why aren’t they in Hufflepuff? Loyalty is your thing, right?” Though he’d certainly heard enough of Alfred’s delusional ranting to see why he was put in Gryffindor. The boy probably would have throttled the sorting hat if he was put anywhere else.

“I’m not too interested in, urm, family. I have enough of that already - and none of them talk to me, so... It’s not a selling point. But their help would be appreciated.”

The temperature may have been low, but the spirits of the crowd were high! A rather oversized show-stage stood smack in the middle of town, and the eager crowd that surrounded it was already full of buzz, chittering and chattering in anticipation for the show.

Upon hearing the voice on the microphone, the crowd cheers enthusiastically, as Broadway flings aside the curtain, arms in the air, with that oh-so-famous grin plastered on his face; the whole stage seems to shine as he steps out. waving and blowing a few kisses, he continues.

“* And my announcement is-” “We have a VERY SPECIAL show planned for you tonight! Our annual travelling theater presents to you-for one-night-only! A SPECTACULAR show, featuring a SPECIAL RANDOMLY PICKED GUEST, FROM OUR AUDIENCE! WHICH ONE OF YOU WILL IT BE?! WHO WANTS TO BE ONSTAGE WITH ME, THE FANTASTIC BROADWAY, TONIGHT?!”

How doesn’t he turn hoarse from all that yelling? Who knows. His glittering eyes scan the crowd, sifting through faces. who...who should he pick...?
