Icing my ankle after a mini walk of 0.66 miles. Working on getting back to my regular routine after spraining my ankle two weeks ago. Been rehabbing the ankle myself until I can convince a doctor to write an RX for physical therapy. Closed my rings. Here are tonight’s exercises. I bought a beach ball from Dollar Tree for the two exercises that I use a ball. The ball is held by my feet while I do the leg raises and knee to chest. Also, did a mini 0.4 mile walk to see how my sprained ankle is doing. That actually went ok. Iced my ankle after that. And yes, Rebecca, I closed all three rings. Look! I’m trending! Lol. These are 90 day trends. Pretty interesting. I did my exercises before my walk today. Wanted to avoid the heat of the day. I did close all three rings today. This is the first month since I bought my Apple Watch two years ago that I have actively tried to complete a monthly challenge. I have 5 out of 22 days completed now. The challenge is to close all three rings on 22 days. I managed to do 5 of them before I did a face plant on my yoga mat. @trainwithjoan makes it look so easy!
