Should men fight for gender equality too?

It is not just women who should be fighting for their rights, but men as well. They should be supporting each other for their abilities and contributions, and not based on gender.

What's missing here? Part of my sleeve? What if that was part of my salary? April 12 is Equal Pay Day where America will be spreading awareness about the 21% pay gap between men and women. On average, for every dollar a man makes, women only make 79 cents doing the exact same work.
