An X-Men spin-off that'll laugh your head out, Ryan Reynolds plays the merc with the mouth and a anti-hero, "Deadpool". Once again Reynolds returns to play the comical hero but this time they did it right and he gets to wear the red suit. More action, more laughs, origin story, romance, surprising X-Men characters popping up, and where is Francis??? Ryan Reynolds brought Deadpool to life and brought up a lot of puns and references from every marvel movie that was in it and breaking out the 4th wall. I reviewed this first one on my channel and Deadpool 2 will be coming in theaters tomorrow, don't miss it. So if you find Ajax anywhere it's a dish soap washer HAHAHA!!!! I give it an 10/10. MMXI: Colossus-Juggernaut?

So, this is my first post in a while... I guess contributing for Geek Syndicate has taken up a lot more time than I anticipated. I have a shit load of homework too, and I mean a literal shitload. But non-the less, here are my thoughts on the teaser image below.

MMXI, the year of the X-Men. Are they finally taking charge over the rogue mutants in the world? Kind of like X-Force I guess, but surely Scott wouldn’t take the team down that route. If I remember correctly, he was the sole reason for shutting down the old X-Force as ‘it was not the way we do things.’ (I’m paraphrasing here…) But seriously though, I really can’t see scott being involved with killing other mutants, after all, that is the exact opposite of what Xavier wanted and what the X-Men stand for. 

But what with Scott’s new bad-ass tendencies, maybe he is starting to realize that he needs to assert some real force on those who oppose the X-Men. It would definitely be a new direction for the Character, and one that he seems to have been heading for ever since reinstating the new X-Force team.

But bringing it back to this teaser image, Colossus-Juggernaut? To me, thats totally awesome. Now, if my unerring memory is correct, Juggernaut is powerless… So maybe Colossus finally takes matters into his own hands and kills the human wrecking-ball before he gets his powers back and can hurt anyone else, making it an unfair fight , however, which doesn't really fit in with Colossus's M/O. I'm thinking that this attack will not be unprovoked, something will cause him to let hell loose on Juggernaut, something to do with Kitty perhaps? Anyway, to see Colossus become even more powerful with that extra strength and sport that cool helmet would be an awesome addition to the character.

This theory that Colossus unleashes hell on Juggernaut is definitely backed up by that slogan; ‘I will do what needs to be done.’ It seems like Colossus is going to kill Juggernaut and I don’t really agree with that (as the afore mentioned reasons show, not what X-men stand for blah blah blah). But who knows, it could be an interesting take on the X-Men mythos. I just hope that after everything has changed, things don’t go back to normal straight away (I hate that). If you've bothered to make a change with a character then you should bloody well stick by it!
