Queen Rayla is the ruler of Cloud Kingdom. She resides in a beautiful castle built on top of the clouds, where it floats in the sky. In the gleaming hall, Rayla sits on her throne. She's the guardian of all pegasus creatures. Rayla is also the keeper of good, powerful magic like the Wand of Light. It seems she's the mother of triplet daughters, the three little girls who are in charge of changing the clouds every sunrise and sunset.
