Buns & Bubbles with a View at Cloud 23

Cloud have recently introduced a new menu called Buns & Bubbles for £23. This is all with inspiration from the Asian parts of the world. The usual aspect means you get 3 buns (pork belly, pulled jackfruit and chicken katsu), and then you get to pick a cocktail or a glass of fizz. If like us, you have special dietary requirements, you can multiple of a certain bun.

We sampled the non-alcoholic bubbles of;

Shu - Fizzy, fruity and kick of strawberry. The strawberry came through strongly and made it that little more yummy

New Day Sparkles - Another fruity mocktail, with the lychee and mint making this popping

And for the buns, we had the Pulled Jackfruit - this is the perfect alternative for any meat lovers. It had a really nice sauce and the peppers giving a nice crunch. The soft bao complemented the jackfruit amazingly

We sure do love Cloud, especially for the chilled atmosphere and views of Manchester.
