I am sure you can find an activity you really enjoy and getting into it will help overcome your sadness. You can also find people who also like it and so meet new friends. I know it's sometimes hard but being social really helps in those cases! Don't push yourself too hard tho, stay at home alone if you like also (hope it helped a little bit but I am just sharing what I normally do (:) 2/2

I've never been super depressed but I know that meeting new people that understand you helps a lot! I know you said you don't like drinking but maybe join once of those friends to a party? There are lots of new people there and they are usually really nice when a bit tipsy so you might meet some new people that also just accompanied their friends and don't drink and stuff. If it doesn't work it's ok but at least you tried and didn't spend your time alone :) otherwise make arts and crafts! 1/2
