[Toshiyuki Toyonaga] 僕の☆☆計画
fifteen minutes until the last train leaves the answer to this is – could it be...!?
Another song I listened through from Toshiyuki Toyonaga’s single C“LR”OWN! This was actually the first one that got translated, seeing as I typed this down on my way to work and “Valentine Season” during snack break, but I’m putting this second because oh god, this is unexpectedly amazing and I think my sides still hurt, oh god.
100% accuracy =/= my reasonable assurance!
A warning, for anyone who needs it: this song contains mentions of drinking alcohol. Loads of it. Yep.
(Also, my sides still hurt. You’ll get why. Oh god, Tosshi...)
[Toshiyuki Toyonaga] Valentine season
your handmade cake and chocolate, as well as your heart, are sweet
If there’s one very, very satisfying thing about Toshiyuki Toyonaga, it’s that he makes his own music from scratch. I’m not saying that this is very rare in the industry, but I’m saying that it’s very surprising to see it here, specifically, smack dab in the middle of my beloved Vocaloid cover fandom I got all my seiyuu biases from. (He plays a very stressed out and very conservative buchou in Exit Tunes Presents ACTORS. Someone better give poor Ushio Azabu a vacation.)
In light of the fact that I really, really loved his latest solo project C“LR”OWN, I tried listening through a couple of his songs to see how much I could get out of them, and this is one of ‘em!
As usual, my reasonable assurance =/= 100% accuracy, so feel free to take these with a grain of salt!
