Ray Madison (the actor was confirmed for s19 and has yet to appear)

Laura is a bit of a stretch since she was supposedly killed off in episode 8 yet according to imdb, the actress playing her is set to appear and is credited for episodes 9 and 10 so it's unclear if it's misleading in imdb to avoid spoilers or she reappears in flashbacks or as a hallucination or autopsy/corpse. But who knows, 17x09 supposedly ended with Jade taking her own life only for her to show up alive in the s17 finale so who knows

Likewise, Ray is another stretch seeing as there's so few characterization of him in two episodes of s17, not to mention the show already killing off other higher offs like Strauss and Bailey in past seasons though the show didn't hesitate in killing Luke's friend Tom Milliken in his second appearance. And while Emily isn't as close to Ray when compared to Bailey, she did have a good chunk of interactions with him onscreen, so it doesn't seem implausible that she would be heavily devastated if he dies as it's another reminder of Bailey's death

Honestly, imo, it's probably Brian Garrity, especially considering the s19 finale is named after him and Emily's devastated reaction in the photo. (Yes I know Paget said she wants more Brian in s20 in an interview but it may or may

not be misleading to avoid spoilers)
