So we’re going on a little rant for a moment,

I’m here thinking spencer got fucking shot in the head point blank and then Rossi and then Derek. BUT THEN it was a hallucination??!

Okay cool. Whatever. Totally not frustrated by that.

So here I am feeling for hotch bc what I THOUGHT was reality is fucking sad as shit. Hotch shoots the unsub. GREAT. GOOD FOR YOU. CASE OVER. & then he’s going “He got in my head.” Aaron baby 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 I wanna cry and hug you and just tell you it’s all alright. Bad man is gone now, you’re safe.

BUT THEN

It fucking cuts to Derek and JJ coming in the back of the house saying they’ve got him (the unsub)??! Like there shouldn’t be an unsub to get, hotch fucking shot the dude???

So here I am thinking these two are going to get shot by some second unsub bc you know surprise! you guys profiled wrong and there’s actually two unsubs!!

I’m not okay. What did that dude DO to poor hotch? He’s so fucking confused bc he thinks he shot him. I’M THINKING HE SHOT HIM SO IM FUCKING CONFUSED.

And then Rossi is trying to get hotch to recount what happened, but how the fuck is he supposed to do that when he’s not even sure he’s back to reality yet?

I just. I have too many confusions right now. I can’t wrap my head around it. What actually happened? Did hotch shoot somebody? Is hotch okay??? Like does he actually have his mind back yet??

I still have mixed feelings about Rossi and Krystall, like on one hand, I'm happy for Rossi but in the other hand, it feels wrong to break off things with him and Hayden since they sort of reconciled in season 11 not to mention that they have a daughter together. Like how's Joy gonna react when she finds out about him and Krystall?

Yeah. I feel like it was dumb. I mean ALL he ever did was talk SHIT about this woman and suddenly she is worth his time?

Thanks, I like character growth, but perhaps he should acknowledge their marriage was a mistake and he thinks she was trash first?

I mean, seriously.

Plus, Hayden and Joy and Kai are all so fucking cute.

If you’re a CM there is one thing that all other CMs will tell you once you hire in and that’s: Don’t Date Disney. 

Because as much as we work along side our other CMs, bonding over 24-Hour days, Grad Nites, Holidays that we’re forced to work, and might grow a certain liking towards one another, it’s not wise to have a crush on someone that you work with. For one, working for the Mouse has taught me that the drama that happens backstage between CMs is a lot like high school bullshit. So-and-so are dating, but when they break up those 2 cause a divide between all CMs, oh and let’s not forget to mention if someone ends up dating some one else, oh all hell breaks loose and the fire that is drama spreads all over again. Just because we work at a place that brings out the inner child in people, does not mean that CMs can’t be adults and handle their drama like adults. 

Seriously though, working for the Mouse is a lot like being in high school sometimes. The immaturity level of some CMs is outstanding, and the way rumors and drama spread thoughout the Land is amazing. I mean you can start a rumor at 8am, and by 2pm it would have spread and the story would have changed completely. 

Now I keep my nose out of the drama and out of the craziness, mostly because I have a working brain, but it’s unbeliveable how most CMs act and have not grown up. Let’s face it, working for Disney is a JOB. You get paid to do whatever it is that you do. You’re not here to make friends (if you do, bonus), you’re not here to do nothing, you’re not here to cause drama, you’re HERE to work to get paid, because why? It’s a JOB! Now if most CMs can only realize that they seriously need to grow up and start acting like adults, that would be swell.

Dear rude CM who left a note on my locker,

Yes I did move your bag to another locker. You claimed that I was not being a outstanding CM because I was not upholding the 4 Keys, and was not courteous because I moved your bag to a different locker. You also claimed that I was rude because your bag could have had important items in it that you may have needed in case of an emergency. Well this is what I have to say. You are correct, I was not upholding the 4 Keys and should have put safety first and called security to have removed your suspicous black backpack that was in a locker without a lock, because as we CMs know, if there is a bag that is not claimed we should report it to security. Also if you had important items in your bag, you might want to have a lock to lock them up. As you mentioned I was not an outstanding CM because I did not uphold the 4 Keys, well lets just see how many keys you upheld: You were unsafe and left a mysterious backpack in an locker without a lock, you were not courteous by choosing a locker that is very much needed and not having a lock, and because you did not have a lock that does not seem very efficient of you because we all know that you need a lock for our CM lockers. So to the CM that wrote me that rude letter that I did not appriciate, you were just as much to blame for your short commings. So if you are reading this, have a Merry Christmas :)

// People are wondering why Reid "acts like a kid" at some points and are criticizing his character development because of it. Guys, Reid doesn't have the highest imaginable case of it, but he still does have autism. That is a huge part of his character and you can't ignore that. It doesn't justify his rude/immature actions at some points, but it definitely does not make the writers bad at developing him. His autism is what makes him fixate on a specific topic for long amounts of time, (which is why sometimes the team has to remind him to stop ranting) and if that isn't Reid's most noticeable trait, I don't know what is. 

 I saw a post earlier talking about Reid's behavior when he blamed JJ for his urge to take dilaudid again. Said poster mentioned that he isn't the center of the universe and that most of the others didn't know of Prentiss' condition either, so, they said, why should he? I understand this argument, and do not get me wrong, I do NOT justify his actions, but it is not due to a lack of character development that he acts this way, it is his autism. Because of his autism, he sometimes sees himself as the center of the universe when it comes to some situations. 

Also, people with autism tend to cling to people and things and become extremely attached to them. Example: When JJ said she was being removed from the BAU, his response was "They can't just take you away..." and he said it in a very child-like manner. This wasn't just a random decision by the writers, they were actually expressing his autism. 

What I'm trying to say is that Spencer Reid has autism. The way he acts immaturely at some points are representing his autism, and in no way make the writers bad at developing him.

And I rarely get recognized for what I do. But the college program kids do one thing and they get fanatic cards, which pretty much just make them look really good on their record card.

I really just hate the fact the only reason most people will say hi to me nowadays is to ask me for tickets to Disney...  I'm sorry, but if I haven't talked to you in over a year, even worse when it's been since high school (at least 5 years ago) I wouldn't even consider it. I'm not risking my job when you ask me about tickets...
