There were definitely Bark Scorpions ahead. A warning was good. And then diving in, firing at the creatures, making sure none of them got to the Courier.

This was not a good place to be in so late. Sensor scanned the area for the third time. Something was there and the Courier needed to be safe.

Bobbing happily in place, ED-E ducked out of reach before ducking back in with another beep.
@vulpxes
The eyebot had not meant to get this far away from the courier. Had not meant to get lost. It was not a good place to get lost, either. Dangerous. ED-E was going to have to be careful until the Courier could be found again.
And sensors were already dampened because of an earlier hit, so it was going to be harder. Unfortunately, so was sensing someone sneaking up.

ED-E floated down, trying to get a better visual on what it was that the Courier was holding. Sensors weren’t getting a good reading at the moment. And, the bot was curious.
@thatearedgentleman
ED-E heard a noise and turned about, sensors searching. And found something small pinging the sensor. Would easily have ignored it, but the eyebot was curious. So, floating down, the bot went to investigate.

< Quiet Beep >
Sensors indicated something familiar, but the data file was corrupted. It was not an uncommon thing. Having changed hands often enough did that. But still, Curious, bobbing along closer.

ED-E needed to get out of this building. Now. Needed to return to the Courier and safety. But Eyebots don’t have hands. Or any way to open doors.
