“Moving on is about time, but it’s about time to move on.” | About Time, 07.14.16, Exile on Main St., Katip
A friend had a mini poetry-reading/slam poetry/live-music event lately as a class requirement for her Lit14E class. They called it About Time, and its general theme was moving on so all the songs, and the poems were all so heart felt (and relatable? ha-ha-ha) Boy oh boy, I gotta tell you, it was such an amazing, successful, and great event! The house was full and the crowd was lively. So, hats off to you, Nina! (Yeah, I know you~ give yourself some credit; I know you did loads of the work too, hehe.)
Took these shots during the event and was only able to post-process them recently because it’s been such a hectic sem! I just have a pile of photos waiting to be curated and posted, so stay tuned for more!
