Ludzkie ciało to ciekawa materia. To narzędzie, bez którego żadna codzienna czynność nie ma racji bytu. Ale gdy wprawić je w ruch, ten niezwykły, niecodzienny – o artystycznym zacięciu, przybiera nagle magiczną pozę. Taniec hipnotyzuje, odkrywając zarówno przed jego „właścicielem”, jak i obserwatorami pokłady potężnych możliwości. I sprawia, że pojęcie geniuszu przybiera nową, cielesną i zarazem artystyczną pozę.

Każdy może tańczyć. To naturalny, głęboko zakorzeniony w ludziach język ciała, jakim posługuje się człowiek, i zarazem jeden z lepszych sposobów komunikacji. Bo jak żaden inny najszybciej skraca dystans między ludźmi – cielesny i mentalny. Ale taniec to coś jeszcze. Poprzez tę formę doświadcza się czegoś niezwykłego. Taniec stymuluje nie tylko ciało, ale i umysł, sprawiając, że obie te przestrzenie w pewnym momencie zatracają się w sobie. I w efekcie osiągają apogeum, stając się jednym: wcieleniem geniuszu, który wystarczy tylko uwolnić.

O tym genialnym aspekcie wyrażania siebie poprzez taniec opowiedzieli w piątkowy poranek w ramach cyklu CreativeMorningsWRO choreograf Piotr Soroka i krytyk teatralna Karolina Wycisk. To twórcy Wrocławskiej Inicjatywy Tanecznej dającej nowe możliwości pracy twórczej artystom, a publiczności – regularny kontakt z szeroko rozumianym tańcem.
