Alright my condession:

I don't have a problem with endeavor as a character but the way all might, shoto and his abuse victims are shifted on the back while he is the star of at least 4 arcs now is so bad. Like why not to show us rei finally spending some time with kids in their house? But naw it's time to show you how sad endeavor is for the 34 time. It's really obvious now that endeavor is hori's big fave.

I appreciate the salt and the honest. In reality you are perfectly right: while Endeavour’s character is annoying at best, and downright disgusting at worst - it is very true that him being written as the star victim, filling the space which could have been given to rather other important and better characters, is just very sad and infuriating. This is not just due to Hori’s bias, but as well to the justification his stans give to his actions, which are then purported by Hori’s behaviour when it comes to retconning and trying to picture Endeavour in a more positive light that it would be considered fair and realistic. But that’s how things go, and unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about that - and just hope that in the future, this will change.
