Yep- that was in Monokuma’s TDP events. He [goes and bothers Ouma about slacking off] when he’s about to slack off, and then they crash together. (Daw~)

Seriously, if ANYONE were to watch this scene and kept this idea that he's a sadistic lying scumbag or is anything less than a genuine friend, then they are the living definition of HOPELESS.

You’re right. It’s sad to see that people hate him, even though he explicitly said before his “death” the truth about himself... Why would people disregard that... It’s just sad, how hate for some characters can make people blind and ignorant... And they are indeed hopeless if even after that they insult him and call him a gremlin and rat... I hate those nicknames. How can people come up with such nicknames...

It's official. He doesn't care about Kaede as much as he claims he does.

‘Kaede’s will? Last moments together? ...What was that again? I left it in my other pants.’

Really though, Shuichi waxes poetic about how the pain and sadness of him losing everyone he loves is real, but nothing about what *they* wanted being real, or *who* they really were. So sadly, this is no surprise. His rationalisation of what’s ‘real’ and ‘fiction’ is less important than his feels; fun irony that he wishes to die to escape the ‘manipulation of hope for the sake of a story’ that’s going on, while playing right in to that pathos trap in the first place!

What’s worse is both Kaede and Tenko’s will was for the others to survive together, thrive and escape their situation. Guess who’s forgotten by the end!

Another connection I found between Monotaro and Monokuma/Kokichi is that Monotaro loves using the word butthole and when Miu died, Monokuma started saying *asshole* because he gets to be the crude one again. Not to mention, *asshole* was highlighted in game and Monophanie pointed out that Daddy loved using that word XD .... How .... gross

Typical! At least there’s an explanation for that highlight. Kokichi why

Saihara made the assumption that just because Tsumugi claimed Kiibo was the audience surrogate, he can't make decisions by himself? Man, the only time Saihara was being blatantly robophobic and Kiibo didn't even get the chance to call him out on it. Shame =3=

Hah. Right, this is robophobia at its worst- completely denying Kiibo’s own autonomy as if he’s taken over by this ‘audience’. Hell, this wasn’t even *when* he was actually taken over by the hijacking. And once again, Tsumugi provides absolutely no proof and is even inconsistent with the idea of Kiibo’s hijacking. She doesn’t even refer to it by technical terms like that at all, virtually the only technical thing she says about it is ‘he has an antenna on his head’! No shit!

At some point Shuichi just plain fucking stopped caring about the facts and about his friends, unless it had something to do with his own agenda. Since the idea of Kiibo being controlled by ‘answers by the audience’ fits with his belief after having discarded the truth, well, there’s nothing poor Kiibo can do.

Not obligated huh? Yeah, sure buddy, Ouma was also clearly faking that wobble as he walked away and being dazed mid-sentence AFTER he confirmed Maki and Saihara he was joking. Again, HOW does it make sense to continue on with a tasteless joke after he made it clear to others that he's not injured? If you were to do that kind of joke, you would stop trying after making it known you were faking it.

Honestly, I’d like to know where people think Shuichi’s “lack of obligation” ends and where his basic common sense and care for others should begin. Since Ouma typically layers his motives with a lie, Shuichi would have thought ‘hang on a minute’ if he considered that much for more than a few seconds. 

Like, ‘if this is the real deal, then he’s not lying just to screw around’. Step one done for you, detective! Easy peasy!
