But on a serious note, I'm going to tell you a fun little story. About 9 years or so ago, I was deployed to Iraq. Some of The people I deployed with made fun of my weight. I was like 19 or 20. They called me thunder thighs, and said I had cankles. I had no upper body strength and was just overall overweight. I mean, I was pushing 180 at some point out there. I have always been self conscious about my body because of my "father" when I was a child, and by the time I was deployed, I'd had enough. I went to the gym out in the desert twice a day for a year. I got fit, and felt good. But I suffered from depression pretty badly, so the weight came right back. I'm telling you this because I want to share with you that I have been there! Bullied about my weight, suffered from depression and addiction and I have been down so badly that I didn't want to even try anymore. But guess what? I found this little thing g called motivation, and i used the anger that I had to fuel that fire. I didn't have a mentor, but I WILL be yours! I will guide you amd push you and just be there. Let's do our damnedest to climb out of that hole of depression together and fight. If you are reading this, that means there's still a lot of fight in you. I will fight for you. I will help you love yourself. #noexcuses #coachdontfuckaround #coachdelta #provethemwrong2018 #shreddingforthewedding2018
