I was always the "bigger" active kid. At dance class, on the volleyball court, soccer field, or in the gym. Even now as a health and fitness mentor I don't always feel like Iook the part or fit the mold. Yea, I still workout in the daily, yes, I eat healthy 80-90% of the time, yes, I still get sad when the scale doesn't move the direction I want it to... But all in all: I workout daily because it helps my anxiety and makes me feel better (plus I like being challenged), I eat healthy because I enjoy healthy food and how it makes me feel--plus I have always loved/craved healthy foods, ask my momma, And yea, I'm human if I'm working toward a goal and I don't hit it I get a little sad but do I beat myself up over it anymore? NOPE! I may not be your typical fitness coach, even tho I get paid to help people find Beachbody workout and nutrition programs that fit their needs I'm not stuck on you using just Beachbody programs. Sure I use them and love them, but I also use peloton, come up with my own workouts, follow other fitness trainers and do their workouts, and so much more.
