1937年にロバート H コブさんが考案したからコブサラダ。 アメリカ人ってサラダを作らせたらマジ天才だよねぇ！と思わずうなってしまう、めちゃうまサラダでございます。 まず、たっぷりのレタス を敷き詰める。ロメインレタス でもサラダ菜 でも、その日安い葉野菜でOK。 のっけてる具は、写真右から 固ゆで卵、カリカリに焼いたベーコン、アボカド、チキンの胸肉 （アメリカだとターキーでも）、ブラックオリーブ 、フルーツトマト（ライフが近所にある人は「甘いプチトマト」がおすすめ♡）、そして、ゴルゴンゾーラ。 オニオンをのせる人も多いけど、生の玉ねぎは口の中に辛みがいつまでも残ってどうにも苦手なので、わが家ではブラックオリーブ。 具は縦にきれいに並べるのが正しきコブサラダです。 まさにごちそうサラダ 。 お店で頼むとけっこう高いし具が少ない（寂)。簡単だから作ってみましょう。 Kaoli's Kitchenでも人気のメニューです。 習いたい方（ただただ食べたい方♡）、リクエストも受け付けています。
