After a long time, we return to the CobyCobs Millenium Makeovers! (Series inspired by @simstralia 2KL8) Today we will travel to 2001, the year in which some things happened like: Britney Spears' iconic performance at the VMAS '01; P!nk's Lady Marmalade, Christina Aguilera, Mya and Lil Kim; Shakira releases "Laundry Service"; The first Shrek movie came out and above all, Linkin Park released their iconic song "In the End".

David Bennett wears an outfit inspired by Kevin of the Backstreet Boys in "The Call" MV.

Jessica Knight has an outfit with pants inspired by ones that Xtina Aguilera wore in 2001.

Emma Langsford has a very basic outfit from 2001.

the Boys and Girls in late 1999 / early 2000 (PART 1 OF 2).

This is inspired by 2kl8 from @simstralia​ (Hope you like it and Simstralia too). The truth is that I have been very creative with the outfits, I was really inspired by several lookbooks from the MILK CLUB and Safiya nygaard channels.

Priscilla Wilson's outfit is inspired by Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a little bit by Cher Horowitz. Her makeup is inspired by Jamie French's 1999 makeup video.

For Kent Capp, I have decided to give him an outfit that is too inspired by the ones used by the members of Westlife or NSYNC (But I thought that NSYNC are a little more from the culture of the early 2000s).

For Irene Thaaroth I wanted to give her Aaliyah vibes, but at the same time a little bit of Rave (Subculture of the 80s and 90s if I'm not wrong).

For Monique Dunnoff, I gave her an outfit inspired by Natalie Imbruglia in the video for "Torn".

Townie that we will call Simon, his outfit is a bit basic but quite common in what were the late 90s and the beginning of the new millennium.

Sul Sul Simmers, today we will continue with the "Cobycobs Millenium Makeovers" series, a series inspired by  2kl8 by @simstralia​.

Today we are going to travel to the year 2003, for that we are going to invite the teenagers from Pleasantview (Including Ella and Adam Goth Lothario) and Strangertown.

For this year I could only think of these things: "Hilary Duff, Avril Lavigne, Skater Boys, Evanescence, Hip Hop and the reality show The Simple Life."

Ophelia Nigmos (Obviously a very Avril Lavigne inspired look, is it me or does Ophelia have a lot of Avril Lavigne vibes?).

Jhonny Smith (I wanted to give him Fred Durst vibes from Limp Biskit and Avril Lavigne, but I think he's too Sk8r Boi).

Ripp Grunt ("It's not a phase, dad, it's the real me!" I feel like if Ripp existed in real life, he would be a real emo, he's wearing a super smokey eye)

Tank Grunt (Actually, Tank was a complete challenge, as I wanted to give it a "Sportsman who dresses like a 30-something man" style, but I decided to give it a more refined and formal touch)

Sul Sul Simmers, today we will continue with the "Cobycobs Millenium Makeovers" series, a series inspired by @simstralia​ 2kl8 . In the previous chapter we made looks from the years 1999 and 2000. The day we will travel to the year 2002.

I chose the teens from Veronaville (Including Paris Wilson and Natsuki Hashimoto) as they give me a LOT of 2002 vibes (Strangertown and Pleasantview teens give me 2002 and 2003 vibes).

For this looks I was inspired a lot by Britney Spears (For Juliette), Christina Aguilera (For Miranda), Ayumi Hamasaki, Brad Pitt (For Tybalt), Paris Hilton and A-teens (For Puck / Romeo).

Romeo Monty (Has a lot of Justin Timberlake vibes)

Mercutio Monty (I really gave him a motorcyclist look).

Juliette Capp (Britney Spears vibes in the movie Crossroads, I left her Uggs, since they seem super iconic in her).

Hermia Capp (Hermia made this a bit difficult for me hehe, as she wanted to give it an "Emo chic / gothic" look)

Tybalt Capp (maximum Brad Pitt vibes)

Miranda capp (Xtina Aguilera vibes in her "Stripped" era)

Puck summerdream (NSYNC / A-teens member vibes).

Natsuki Hashimoto (I wanted to recreate an Ayumi Hamasaki outfit in the "Dearest" video, but decided to give it a more casual look).

Today we will travel to the year 2004. A very iconic year, in which I can think of: Ashlee Simpson, Green Day, Mean Girls, Usher, "Under My Skin" (Avril Lavigne Album) and Gwen Stefani.

For this year, we will use the teenagers from Riverblossom Hills (Including quadruplets O'mackey and David Ottomas) ft Melody Tinker

For Sandra Roth I might give her a look very inspired by one that Raven Symone wore at the 2004 KCAs but with uggs and a scarf.

For Jules and Hilary O'Mackey I wanted to give them a look very inspired by the Olsen twins, but I decided to give it a more Boho Chic touch.

For Jacob Martin, I gave him a more preppy outfit.

For Gordon and Brendan O'Mackey I wanted to give them a look inspired by Blink 182 at the 2004 TCAs.

While Melody wears an outfit very inspired by Ashlee Simpson (In her "Autobiography" era)

Girls in late 1999 / early 2000 (PART 2 OF 2)

After a long time, here I bring you the second part of the lookbooks of the true y2k era. This time we will have two outfits inspired by Daria (MTV series from the late 90s and early 2000s) and Christina Aguilera (During the era of "My reflection" in 2000).

Crystal Vu has a look too inspired by Daria's Quinn Morgendorffer, I tried to get her to wear mid-rise or low-rise jeans .

Rénee Aguilera wears a look very inspired by Daria Morgendorffer (I really wanted to give her a pop diva outfit, but i had already done it in the previous part).

While Bianca Monty has an outfit very inspired by Christina Aguilera in the video for "Ven Conmigo / Common Over Baby".

Finally, this townie called Desiree, has a very typical outfit from the year 2000 (Huge denim skirts with platform sandals, this look was mainly worn by Xtina Aguilera)
