There’s this app, my fitness pal. It’s amazing and free and it helped me learn to eat better.
I tried that one and it gives me anxiety because it tracks your calories and I never manage to eat enough and it gives you these warnings on everything you eat and it is just way too much stress.

have you tried like stretching and stuff? i know it’s hella uncomfortable at first but if you find a position that gets the right spots, it could help a lot :3
Unfortunately what seems to help me most is curling up into a tiny little ball and not moving so that's what I try to do but I'd kill a man to just be able to eat some mac and cheese in peace

If clawing is still a problem after that, there are these nail caps that just glue on that could help if he does start potentially damaging things. I know people who’ve used them and their cats don’t mind it at all.

that’s why they gave me something to take, i took it the night before and the morning of so i could stay calm before going in. i don’t even remember them putting the IV in lol.
