well, the short answer is, b*tch decided that danny needed an older brother who was “canon all along” and got lost in the ghost zone as a child and was raised by some random ghost who stole him and goes by Exodus now??? idk there’s a lot of other posts explaining it but i refuse to watch the video on principle so i don’t have specifics for you. @nastyburger and @lexosaurus watched it though, so they have some posts detailing it more if you wanna check it out. suffice it to say, though, that it was Dumb As Hell, which brings me to:
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so. here’s the thing: people are not sleeping on it. the way it was presented was dumb as hell and makes no sense and the fact that it was presented as like this “secret canon” is insulting in that he expects anyone to believe it, but people are already taking steps to fix it. the phandom really embodies the my city now type of fan behavior. @thestoveisonfire has a fixed version of flynn that makes sense and isn’t.. whatever the hell butch said, but still has a lot on angst potential, where other people have gone the other route and made an angst-free version where flynn is just a grad student. we’re just still going to make fun of butch for such a lazy-ass attempt to be relevant and interesting.
