The four most interesting parts of time loop are when the person kills themselves for the first time, when they kill someone else for the first time (in a fuck around kind of way, this doesn't count if they already were killing people outside of the loop), how they break the loop, and the weeks afterward where they loose their fucking minds in an entirely different, significantly more damaging to the world around them way. And yet I rarely see anything done with that last one. People leave time loops and are all happy go lucky 'oh boy'. Where's the grappling with people you know who will never know you? Where's the knowledge that the safety of the loop is gone, and you can't fix any mistakes you make? That's the good angst I want

more rp/au doodles! there have been some very good eva & rocky scenes recently so i wanted to draw them together. the rp is a mish-mash of both book and movie, so for this iteration i've leaned toward imagining book!rocky; trying to get used to drawing him in clothes

eva and rocky hit it off surprisingly quick since her musical background and interest in linguistics/experiences learning new languages gives her a huge leg up when learning eridian in comparison to grace. who is so happy that they're bonding and NOT jealous and DOESN'T ever feel left out

grace still learns well enough to keep up with the basics, but eva goes the extra mile studying during her free time, and so she actually starts understanding a lot of the layered vocals and nuanced tones in eridian speech much much much faster than grace
