My breakfast and my dinner.
Breakfast: pancake from oat flour, egg, milk and backing soda. With chocolate (dark, small amount of sugar) and half of banana.
Dinner: rice with some soy sauce and sezam seeds, cucumber and meatballs (Turkey fillet, carrot, onion and cheese. Without salt, only pepper).
If you want to be healthy, you need to eat enough (and also it should taste good😍).
My weight is 57 kg and height 162 cm.
