The Mac app CoconutBattery displays both the current battery power of a MacBook and the ratio of the current maximum charging capacity to the initial maximum when the MacBook was shipped; it also informs about the previous charging processes as well as the age of the MacBook. Thus, one can monitor the charging of Mac, iPhone or iPad and also check how good the battery health of the devices is.
