Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries. 1/2 cup ripe mango chunks. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks. 1/2 banana. 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
