This Mango Sundae with Salted-Caramel Ice Cream is a delightful treat combining the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes with the rich, creamy indulgence of salted caramel ice cream. It's perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings on a warm day.
Ingredients: 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced. 1 pint salted caramel ice cream. 1/4 cup caramel sauce. Whipped cream. Maraschino cherries. Crushed nuts optional.
Instructions: Put diced mangoes at the bottom of serving glasses. Put some salted caramel ice cream on top of the mangoes. Put caramel sauce on top of the ice cream. Add more mangoes, ice cream, and caramel sauce until all the glasses are full. If you want, you can add whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and crushed nuts on top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Upgrade your classic smores with the delightful combination of white chocolate and grilled peaches. These White Chocolate Smores with Grilled Peaches are a perfect treat for any occasion, and they're especially great for summer gatherings around the grill.
Ingredients: 4 marshmallows. 4 graham crackers. 4 squares of white chocolate. 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted. 2 tablespoons butter, melted. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the butter mixture. Place the peaches, cut side down, on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they have grill marks and are slightly softened. Remove the peaches from the grill and set aside. Place a square of white chocolate on each of 4 graham crackers. Roast the marshmallows over the grill until they are golden brown and gooey. Place a roasted marshmallow on top of the white chocolate on each graham cracker. Top each marshmallow with a grilled peach half. Place another graham cracker on top to make a sandwich. Press gently to let the heat from the marshmallow melt the chocolate and create a delicious smores sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy!

You can put different toppings on the ice cream if you want to. Serve right away and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 cup pureed cantaloupe about 1/2 medium cantaloupe. 1/4 cup milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup diced cantaloupe for topping. Whipped cream for garnish. Mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the cantaloupe puree, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
