Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients until dough forms. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 8 biscuits. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy!
