How I Think COD (Farah, Alex, Laswell, Graves, and Nikolai) Characters Might Hug You
(Note: This is just what I (My headcanons) think their hugs might be like, enjoy reading!) (Platonic, romantic) (GN - Reader)
Farah Karim:
- I think Farah’s hugs are careful, and gentle of what she thinks you wouldn't mind. Carefully placing her hands on your forearm or elbow as he would pull you into a soft short hug.
- Farah would glance over your face or body to ensure you were comfortable, by checking on your facial expression or body language.
- Farah would twirl your hair or clothing between her fingers just to have something to do or she would hold your hand firmly.
- Usually, those types of hugs are a bit longer but if it was a quick hug, she would pull you in then gently push you away once it was done and she would keep moving.
- She isn't that used to physical touch but Is willing to give it as long as it's not too much, I think she could get pretty overwhelmed or antsy If it goes on too long.
- If you are taller than her, she would rest her head on your chest or shoulder and wrap her arm around your forearm to bring you closer to her heart.
- if you are shorter or around the same height so would rest her chin on your shoulder and wrap her arm around the middle of your back to do the same, so you would be chest to chest and able to feel each other's heartbeats.
- She likes to ensure during hugs that she could either 1. Hear your breathing or 2. Listen or feel your heartbeat, it simply calms her down and she is quite used to worrying over her friends or loved ones.
Alex Keller:
- Alex's hugs are quiet and relaxing, he would let out a sigh of relief and rest his eyes.
- His cheek would gently rest on your shoulder, chest, or head. Always listening to every little thing you do or say.. He would literally melt into you.
- He would hide his face into your neck and take deep breaths, forgetting he could definitely accidentally tickle or annoy You with his facial hair.
- He would pat your head or massage the back of your neck during longer hugs.
- He likes hugging for a while.
- He likes physical contact and wouldn't mind if you were clinging to him, he would just give a big smile and not mention it even if other people ask why.
- His thumb would gently rub over your knuckles or fingers, finding doing little patterns sweet.
- He would also sway during hugs, front to back or side to side, he would maybe even hum quietly.
- This man is warm and willing to share it.
- Quick hugs are little side hugs, where he pulls you into his side and flops his head over your shoulder or head before getting back to what he is doing.
- Basically, like a weighted blanket, puts all his weight on you, his arms wrapped around your shoulders to pull you in close.
Kate Laswell:
- Laswell hugs are quite rare, unless they were half assed friendly hello hugs. For those hugs, it would be an awkward little front hug that ends with a back pat.
- Her rare hugs would feel quite safe, her arms either wrapped around your waist or one hand on your back and the other on the back of your head.
- She wouldn't necessarily pull you into a hug, but if you went up to her and asked for one she would allow it.
- Her hands are either on your hips or the side on the sides of your stomach, I believe she would gently rub over that area or pick at the bottom of your shirt.
- She would rest her chin against your forehead if she could, if she couldn't then she wouldn't exactly lean on you.
- She would allow you to lean into her through, she wouldn't push you off if you wanted a hug.
- Not into that much PDA, small touches or short hugs are fine, but if the hug lasts too long, she would gently pry you off of her.
Nikolai:
- His hugs are a bit ‘lazy’, hugs are usually just side hugs while walking, his arm thrown over your shoulder, loosely tugging you around.
- He would pat your shoulder or head as he would tug you along to go see his new upgrade to his helicopter.
- He's accidentally a bit rough, tugging you somewhere, or placing you somewhere during these side hugs.
- His hugs aren't the greatest, but it's warm and tight.
- He would wrap one of his arms around your head, and pat the top of it, or pat your jaw.
- Once the hug is done, he'll push you away gently and snicker if you stumble. But he'll ensure you don't fall by grabbing your forearm.
- He's not into that much PDA but when he does touch someone, He soaks up the physical touch, bonking your head with his knuckles, or poking you annoyingly.
Phillip Graves:
- This man does all types of hugs, his most common are side hugs or front Hugs.
- His front hugs are firmly and tight, patting your back. His arms are tightly around your torso or your back. His arms tightly wrapped around, squeezing tightly but not enough to actually hurt.
- He would let out a sigh, and move his head around quite a bit, his jaw one moment would be digging into your head, his nose pressed against your neck, or his chin digging into your shoulder... He would keep changing it until he gets comfortable or you complain loud enough for him to get annoyed.
- He likes physical touch, his hand was always on you, your shoulder, knee, head, etc.
- He wouldn't let go, you would have to ask him to let go, and he might pretend not to hear it the first time.
- He would squeeze you and rest his hand on the back of your lower back
- Might tickle you, just to hear your laugh or to simply annoy you, he would have a smug smirk or let out a laugh.
- He would either be very quiet or be very rambling about his day. When he's quiet he just wants to relax but when He is talking he talks a lot and it doesn't matter if you respond or not, he's willing to just keep talking.
